cache_info(; cache_dir = nothing)

Verify and inventory cached registry indexes and artifacts without accessing the network.

Examples

Inspect an empty private cache without changing the user's cache:

julia> using Datamonger

julia> mktempdir() do directory
           info = cache_info(; cache_dir=directory)
           (info.total_size, length(info.entries))
       end
(0, 0)
